Default Would this setup work?

I was looking through the official wheel guide thread but didn't see anyone with this setup. I am looking to see if 18x9.5 +28 will fit on the front. I didn't see anyone with this setup on the wheel thread so I assume this doesn't work. If anyone has a setup similar to this, it'd be awesome if you could send me some pictures. Thanks in advance guys.

I'm almost 99% positive that would not work on the front....major rubbage.
Even with the offset that way...you'd have problems with a stock fender/wheel well.
