I have a 1993 5 speed sc300. 194k on the car. i did all the brakes in october..the whole deal, rotors, pads, calipers, control, arms, spindles, the whole front and rear suspension. when it is warm the car drives fine and brakes fine...when it is cold or rainy like today in dekalb. the car drives fine for a bit and then when you step on the brakes hard they dont seem to want to let go. it feels like you're applying the brakes and trying to drive it. the car doesnt want to roll back even on steep inclines. i took out the abs retays and one time it solved the problem. when this problem occurs the brakes pedal becomes very stiff and almost impossible to press.

i thought it might be the abs motor assembly problem but not sure.

need help asap. this problem only happens periodically.
