I'm having issues wiith my headlights. I've become pretty good at tearing them apart, cleaning and sealing them back up......about 6pair now. The problem I have is right now my passenger headlight is about 1/2 as bright as the drivers side.
Anyone have any ideas?

i actually had the same problem when i first bought my sc. Bulbs worked fine, but passenger side was alot dimmer than driver. Didnt think much of it, so i installed an HID kit. both sides work good now. However passenger side still comes on and off every now and then. and i tested both the ballasts and bulbs. Thinking maybe the harness needs to be changed?

 

Check your path to ground on the pass head light. High resistance on a gound path is a normal cause for this prolbem. Corroded or loose ground point can cause this some times. Hope this helps.
