Default 1j Swap No Boost!

Here it is...my 1j idles and runs like a champ....i've read several threads on boost leak issues for the 1jz...so far this is wat i have done and it has led me to nothing...the car still does not go in boost....

The car doesn't smoke...
I have pressure tested the system and found no leaks...
I pulled the wastegate lines and forced air into them with my compressor and the arm open and close....
I have tested the bov to see if it opens and closes as well with the air compressors...functions properly....
The twins are no where nearly as loud as when i first swapped the engine...i can't even hear them...

My conclusions...
the springs in the wastegates are shot...
Or i blew the twins...

please help me out...i'm in the orlando area

i guess it might be that....i took apart the turbo system today and blocked off the stock bov to make sure it wasn't leaking...still the same problem...does anyone have spare stock intercooler piping...i need the one from the turbos to the fender well...i invented mine but i don't wanna take any more chances...i'd rather put the stock one...thank you guys for the help...any other suggestions?
