Dude was probably an $8 / hr beginner-- But I've seen a guy work at getting into an 05 altima for literally 3 or 4 hours--- Dude had to call his boss out there

The customer wasn't really even pissed--

Yes thats what I think happened also. The locksmith might have broken or unhooked that little clip from the rod that goes to the lock actuator. I dont really trust a locksmith when it comes to trying to get a Lexus unlocked. Its weird how you even got one to say "yes" about doing the job. When I locked my keys in my trunk one time I had called every locksmith within a 100 mile radius and they had all told me the same thing, "We cant do it, go to the dealer." So yeah. Go get a back up key made. Just in case.

They can cut a key off the vin# too--- As long as the car was pdi'ed
