yea it was those i got every replacement sleeve except the ones i already posted pics of. i decided not to even open the other bag which is for the rear i said whats the point, and well i hope he wont mind that i opened the bag, he sounds like a real stand up guy, im still trying to find my damn reciept! i still have the box he shipped them in. just a waiting game now.

nothing. hey u know that phone number u pm'd me? i called it and it gave me the same message that the other phone number thats on tm's website so... i almost thought it was the same number u were giving me. left a message, no response yet, patience, i dont wanna blow a radiator cap. anyone? please help! lol this sux.

I've bought from them before, they're good guys, but its very hard to contact them from my experience!

i ordered some steering rack bushings from them a few months ago and took about 2 weeks for me to get them... i got the "we were closed last week" excuse and there was no holiday during those 2 weeks....

TM Engineering installed my oil pan. After I found it was leaking, he promised to redo it. He kept delaying and saying he is busy, this went on for a few months. After that, he completely stopped answering my emails.

Todd was a nice guy in person but his customer service is horrible. If he cannot deliver on his promises then he should not make them in the first place.

Needless to say I can't recommend doing business with him.

My last email to him, unanswered:

Todd, it has been 3 months since your last email. I have emailed you in between with no response. What’s the deal? I understand you are busy, and I have been trying to be patient, but you need to at least communicate with me.

I've had my vehicle worked on by Todd.
Sadly, I have to agree his customer service skills is truly his downfall.
It is what prevents me from taking my vehicle to him for service again. For me, I was leaving messages and stuck w/ no return phone call. I called to ensure my car was ready to be picked up on the day promised, but got nothing...

He may be busy, as he seems to be a one man shop. But his communication skills are horrible.

so i give tm engineering a call today and what luck todd picks up! hooray! but, he tells me he was gonna give me a call back to check the order that was placed, and so he never did. which i had a feeling he wasnt! so.... wtf! im seriously sick and tired of this! this effin' blows! BIG TIME!!!! i seriously just dont know what to do about this!!!???
