Default Searched but cant find answer-- rear diff question???

There is a local place where I live, I stopped there today with a friend who knows the owner... Anyways, they have tons of crap they pile into containers in Japan and bring over here to sell, you know the drill.

They have a rear differential with LSD and axles, brakes, everything- and he said hed give it to me for $200. Its from a 1jz MKIII supra, will this fit at all or even close??? All I really care about is the LSD- can I take it out and put it in my diff, or just swap it in and keep my stock axles? (Its a 95 sc300)

Also they have a 1JZ GTE motor, no turbos, TB or oil pan- but everything else is good and he said $400 for it. Thats a good deal isnt it? I was planning on doing a head swap onto my 2JZ and throwing a big single on there...

My internet is down at my place now so I have to use my school library to check this so its kinda hard to keep up but Ill try. Thanks in advance for any help.

you're probably searching in the wrong forum, because you are posting in the wrong forum.

You need the MKIV LSD. Not MKIII. GL
