i know this is my first post here but i have found a local sc300 5spd with 113000 miles on it for 5500 obo and i am really interested in buying it...im not too familiar with these cars and am wondering as to whether it would be a good idea to buy a car this old with this many miles. would it be a good deal for 5000? i just wanna make sure that these cars are worth their money and wont break for a few thousand miles. the car is said to be in excellent shape. any opinions would be helpful

 

seems like a reasonable deal. especially since its a 5spd

and 113k is not alot....i have 180k and still going strong...and ive seen sc300's well over the 200k mark, even 250k...

and post somee pics if you want a definite answer whether its a good deal or not

There is one member around here that has 280,000 on his 5-spd. I would say you are getting a good deal.
