95 Sc400 bad engine.
Buy JDM front clip same year.

Swap engines, ecm, harness, and what else? keys? transmission?

Is this a "do-able" swap or not cost effective?

I think it would be fun to have a turbo engine. It would be more like a real soarer and theres a lot of aftermarket support.

it's a direct swap but i guarantee if you search you'll find everything you need to know about the swap.
