Is there a difference between SC's Door Glass?
Well here is my dilema, I Got into an accident a while ago and had to replace my door. So I had tinted windows and the glass didnt break in the accident and I decided to save the glass and swap to the new door shell. After a while I otived that I was hearing increased road noise and the glass would shake when I would hit a hard bump? Come to find out that the window does not go completely up under the rubber surrounding seal around the window. Is it possible to adjust the window glass on the track motor to make it go higher? Or do I have to get the glass that goes with the door shell that I brought? thanks
its all the same...I had the same problem when I had my door shell replaced. The body shop had taken all of the old door stuff and shoved into the new door, and afterwards the window was like tilted weird when opened instead of being flat. I took it back and they readjusted it properly, I don't know what they did but they fixed it.
