Default limping?

hey guys im in a pickle and i was wondering if any of you guys can help. few months ago i bought a set of coilovers and put them on my car. i noticed that i cannot adjust the ride height on my front left one, no matter how much i change it, its always the same height. i figure they are defective and send them back to tein, they tell me nothing is wrong with them. so i take it to 2 places before i take them off. i take it to a lexus dealer ship and get a diagnostic, they tell me nothing is wrong with the set up, i take it to my unlces shop, they tell me nothing wrong with bushings on lower control and upper control arms also nothing wrong with the rack in pinon how ever u spell that. i have no idea what is going on, and yes ive searched. if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it. and it is still limpling BARELY after i put my stock shocks back on.

-thank you for ur time.

i think all sc owners have this problem we had a thread on this couple months ago ,some said it was the stabilizers .others said upper control arm bushing .i never figured out why this happens when you lower the car im guessing the only thing to do is adjust it where its level visible not by counting the coils .one is going to be adjusted higher than the other ,but it will sole the problem ,hopefully
