in my book.
iv tested some xs power parts
manifold - i would rebrace them before putting them in the car
turbo - dont like 33psi for very long and there not very efficient turbos
wastegates - i personally would stay far far away from.
you get what you pay for. if your going to drive around on 6-10 psi every day go for it but if you want high hp numbers your only going to end up with headaches.
