Quote: as far as colors go do a jet black... just make sure your body work is clean.. u will see every thing in black..... or i would like to see some kandys.. kandy red with a gold base coat or a gold pearl..... sweet
kandy red is taken with the body kit make sure you get something that pops your lines, and make sure since ur gonna hang low, its an easily accessable paint code that you can touch up in the future for any rock chips or cracks and wutnot. if you can go black and keep it clean alllllll the time, go for it! gluck

When you get a chance go to a mazda dealership and look closey at pretty much all the colors of the cars. Most are rediculously metallic. There red is amazing there mint color is like an update more metallic version of the 2-tone s13s.Even there black has some serious flakes.

Chevy calls it Laser Blue Metallic. I like those shades of blue. But not on an SC. I want the color to be real classy, but also somewhat sporty. I really like dark colors. That color is just sporty imo. Plus I couldn't look at my car the same if I knew it was painted the same color as a domestic. Especially a Monte Carlo.

is that the brickyard color for the 350.... its nice...

Quote: 640 for a paint job? Sounds a bit iffy. Tell us how it looks in about 6 months.
it does sound iffy... most of the time it is you get what you pay for... but sometimes its really good...

my friend painted his car at a good maaco here in houston with one step paint in white... and i must say its alot better than most peoples $2000 paint job. its really glossy and they prepped it really good... and it came with a 4 year warranty against chips cracks and fading...

ill post a pick of his 400 paint job if you want me to... its all in the prep and how well they spray it

No, it's Interlagos Fire. It's only for 2006 350Z's. It's a pearl color. The Brickyard color was only available on 2003 350Z's.

I have one color in mind for my SC, but I want to be the first to try it.

Another color I'm thinking of is hard to explain, but picture a black cherry Lexus except with just a slight blue tint instead of purple

Go with a red or dark red like Ueno's Soarer, I have the same color with gold Volk GT-C's with silver lip. It looks great and very elegant yet aggressive

My car came red. So I want to do something else away from red.
