Might buy another one
Well my girlfriend is in serious need of a "real" car, since her 99 Alero is getting on it's last leg at only 67k!
Since i love my SC, and it's been amazingly reliable even with 130k now, I want to get her into one,
I found someone locally selling a 1992 SC3, Peal Red color, in incredible condition. Automatic (she wont learn stick
) The interior on this 92 is way better than my 95, no wear on the leather, no blacked out climate, working changer, working seat heaters, etc.....
The only issues the seller mentioned on the phone was burnt speedo needle, crack on passenger door sill and some minor scratches, This is a 2 owner car with 96k on the clock, all service by prior owner was done at dealer and it was garage kept.
My question is, are there any specific issues with the really early SC's that my 95 doesn't have???? Anything i should pay close attention to when i go look it over on Sunday?
They are asking 6k which is a good deal since that is what we are selling the Alero for.

theres really no engine issues on any 92-00 SC's. we drive a lexus not a ford =P
since it has 96k be sure to change the timing belt if it hasn't already and just do the proper maintenence/tune-up on it incase previous owners didn't and enjoy.
