Default Please Read!! Help On Timing 1uzfe

hi guys... i've got a problem going on here... timing wise, i was install my timing belt on the UZ motor. and when i installed the belt, i lined up everything.. when i turn the belt from the crank...... at half revolultion.... something is hold me back i think when i install the timing belt i jumped both side of the cams, so im thinking the valves are stopping me, anyone exactly know the correct way to time the motor. im pretty sure my valves are hitting the pistons
