lol, I don't think you're getting that much money out of it buddy. Be lucky if they're even willing to pay for your medical bills. Believe me, I've been fighting for my settlement for almost 2 years.

 

I understand why parents do this, but it pisses me off because it places everyone ELSE on the road in jeopardy

They put their 16 and 17 year old little girls in these big hulking SUV's to "make sure they survive an accident" and then let them loose on the road where they have damn near no driving experience. Then these little nitwits are behind the wheel of these trucks, texting their friends, talking on the cell, looking out the side window, or their vision is obscured by some idiotic looking over-priced trendy sunglasses and the music is blaring so they can't hear your horn. Everytime I'm down in the OC some stupid female in a loud lifted pick-up or SUV almost hits me because she's driving like an idiot or simply not paying attention to other drivers around her. So yeah, your little girl will survive the accident.....the accident that she caused by being a complete sausagehead!

Glad you're okay man, and you should get them for everything they have. If they can afford to put that dolt in a Tahoe they can afford to pay for her mental lapses as well. Good luck bro.

Yeah, Redlands folks are rich, they should be able to pay for therapy, lol. I'd say almost 50% of the high school kids at either of the high schools in Redlands/Mentone drive trucks or SUVs.
