Chaser 1JZ GTE FOR SC300?

I am consiidering a 1JZGTE VVTI with 5 spd transmission swap and found a set that came from Chasers, does anyone know any difference between the Chaser & Soarer set ups? Can it still be a straight swap job or more complicated in a sense? thanks!

its about 10x harder, your gauges/AC will not work unless your a toyota engineer to redo the whole harness
