Daizen Bushings + Tein HA installed
This past weekend we installed the Daizen upper and lower control arm bushings along with a set of new Tein HA coilovers. I've gotten pretty dirty doing things to this car, engine swap, fender hammering, but this was by far the nastiest of them all. Burning the old bushings out and going through a half a box of nitrile gloves was pure funk, but in the end, its TOTALLY WORTH IT! Before i had some aging HKS coilovers (8k spring rate) and undoubtably done-for bushings. The best way to describe the new setup it is a that new corvette feeling. The suspension is super stiff and corners are no longer obsticles, rather sought out for enjoyment. That sloppy, slushy feeling is gone and i might finally be able to perform a decent alignment. I would HIGHLY recommend this setup for anyone who enjoys a more performance bias ride. I took some pics and ill do a little write up when i get a little more time. Special thanks to Grip Industries in Melbourne, Fl for the use of their lift, tools, and expertise.
