thicker rubber would help fill up that space

King7Two Dec 31, 2005 01:13 PM

Im actually looking at eibach (-1's) as we speak

Ice350 Dec 31, 2005 01:28 PM

You still need thicker tires. The ones on the back should be on the front. They would be thicker with the narrower wheel. A 265 or 275 tire tire on the back would work great.

Yeah......I F'd up the tire selection. I'll either reduce the size of the fronts to match the rear, and slam it. Or move the rears to the front, and go with 265's

Im gonna roll it for a few weeks til I make up my mind

SCV8 Dec 31, 2005 03:51 PM

The rears would fit perfect on the front, so it's only half of a mistake.
Wheels look great tho; good offsets.

I Agree...

Looks good.

I do agree that you should be running 245/40 on the front and 275/35 on the rear. That is my setup (same widths on my e39)

And please do not put the rear wheels up front...I saw a CLK with the staggered wheels.....someone rotated the rears to the front and it looked like a drag CRX. Yuck
