What's missing from this list? (r154 swap)

wait... lets clarify something... i just went over the list again and theres something i don't understand.
it says "any variant of a r154 flywheel".... but then it also says... "if using 7m clutch... 1jz flywheel"
so... mk3 flywheel will NOT work if using a mk3 clutch!??!

not that i know of unless you want to put in more time than neccessary. i have always used 1jz flywheels since the 2j and 1j have everything similar and the 7mgte is completely different from our motors. plus the 1jz flywheel fits inside the bell housing that fits up jz motors and the r154

for a daily driven car... i'd personally want NO chatter, easy engagement, soft pedal.
but don't think anyone makes a clutch with those characteristics and can hold 450

just make sure its a sprung disc and if its a pucked disc, the more friction points the softer it will engage (aka a 6 puck is softer than a 3 puck). If your a baller, dual disc clutches are nice and soft but take some getting used to when engaging the clutch.

and this LWFW thats supposedly billet on ebay

has anyone actually used the mk3 turbo clutch master cylinder and pedal assembly?? theres a guy that local to me that is willing to trade some parts. but i need to be 100% sure that it would work on the sc's. thanks
