I’m facing the power steering pump issue and after examining the options I question just how much money will I be saving to do the rebuild myself? I haven’t yet called on the price of the kit, but I read that you need to purchase a bearing in addition to it and I see that I’ll have to scavenge together some special tools in addition to that. So, what is the final cost approximately for DIY rebuild?
