converting 94 to 97+ body

Hey All,
I was thinking about updating my 94 SC300
with the 97 bumpers and sideskirts
Will I need the 97 headlights and taillights or can I keep my existing set?
Any sugeestions or comments will be appreciated

For the newer SC front bumper you will need:
OEM Grill - $80
OEM Fog Lights - $320/set this does not include the wire harness and you can't use the same one that's in your '94 SC because it's just used when you turn on your blinker(not fog lights). I don't think that the wire can handle the wattage.
The headlights and the highlights will fit.
As for the rear, I'm pretty sure that it's the same bumper, just that they put a lower kit on it.
