Are VORTEX Sides (rocker panel) a quality stuff? i found some from this site
for 299.00

No, knockoff kits are not quality. You might get lucky and not have to modify it to fit. Check with LuxuryMods.com and see if you can get into their Group Buy for real Vertex sides.

vertex - original, made in japan

vortex - cheap counterfeit copy made in china/taiwan
