The last time I talked to Todd. He stated that he was working on his SC400 aiming for 1k hp. However, Todd did ran 12s with his NOS SC400 and its a fact. Currently there are only two or three SC400 running with Twin or NOS.
As for my project, its 2 years deadline with possible donors.

She must have designed some sort of low mount turbo on her V8, because I could never see the turbo in the engine pics that were posted...only the intercooler...Props to her for her dedication, work, and ingenuity... 
Only my opinion, but based upon what I have heard, she probably doesn't really care what we think on CL, as she does not post here anymore, and from what I here, does not want to post here anymore. I do respect her for all the work she has done to teach herself how to DIY just about anything on a car...

I wonder how long would it takes for the SC400 to compete with SC300. I guess we might never going to see that.... Its too bad.... the V8 has some much potential.... but lack of demand....
Dont give up on the V8 yet. It will only take one big breakthrough. Whether it be SC400T, RDMSC400 & Chrisman, or myself it will happen soon. Just takes some really good numbers and to a good quater mile time. And availability. It will take some work. Alot of things have to be changed on the SC400 atleast for it to be a threat. We will see though. Later
