97 SC400--can a Sony CD changer be used w/ Nak Syst?

I'm hoping to replace the factory 12-disc changer (manuf. by Matsushita) in my 97 SC400 (Nakamichi premium sound system) with my Sony CRX-91 10-disc changer. I have 20+ magazines for this unit that also work in my Sony home CD changer, so I'm highly motivated to find a way to do this!

Is it possible, has it been done by anyone here, and if so, can you help me with the wiring, connectors, pin assignments, etc.?
