Default daizen front bushing install fun!

I just installed my daizen bushings on the front left side. I got to play with fire which was fun. This was a really easy install I think. It went really well. I detached the upper and lower control arm bushings, the stabilizer bar and the shock where it mounts to the lower control arm. I swung the control arms one at a time on their ball joints (left the loostened bolts in the other control arm). Then I fired up my mapp gas torch to melt out the old bushings. Torch was $40, bushings $99. They took a few mintues for everything to slide/melt/burn out. The fire wasn't too big either (I think I breathed in too much smoke though). The remaining control arm sleeve was easy to clean and the new poly bushings were able to be slid in by hand or a little hammer after a thorough greasing. I won't be testing the finished job until my head is back on my motor. Its going to get a valve job. My turbonetics kit and RPS max clutch came in too. Hope to have those in in a few weeks. Will keep updated.
