new life has been birthed to the forums!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.......i have inquired, gotten a schematic, even went as far as to order all parts (a llllooonnngggg time ago), and scrapped the project due to lack of information, and everyone telling me you had to swap trannies-along with other parts!
gadget-you are the absolute man on this brother!! persistence was nessessary for this project, and you definetely stepped to the plate and hit a huge home run....... one question though.... does everything coincide with the dash cluster gear position?

damn...guess what my next mod is going to be?

Thanks for the encouragment and kind words. I will do what I can to get the gated shifter info out.
In the mean time I snapped a few interior pics in the sun light.

Nextlevel - The e-brake handle is a cheapie I found on ebay. I didnt care for the color and wanted to cover-up the band holding my line lock button. I covered it with a piece of material left over from doing the door panels and rear side panels.

Dewsc - Sparco

What did you do??? Swap Trannies?
.... Yes

damn that looks hot. who did the install on the radio? I'm looking for someone to do that to my SC
...I did

More to come

hey gadget, since you deflated me like a balloon with this revelation that this is a tranny swap, do you think that with all the pieces involved in this install of the shifter onto a 95 sc400, do you think it can work on my car??
your 92 sc 300 is 4-speed auto, my 95 sc400 is a 4-speed auto, and the shifter is from a 99 sc300 4-speed auto- although each tranny is different because they mate to different engine sizes(sc 300-400),i'm hoping the key is that they are all 4 speed autos. i will scan the schematic of the 95 shifter and post up soon...everything looks totally different, but maybe there is a possibility this can work...
