Hey guys i need to replace my control arm bushings. Suggestions welcome. Looking at Daizen for replacements. are they difficult to replace? should i go with the kit with the inner and outer casing? or just the bushing?

I have a set of Front Lower Control Arm Bushings from www.vftbushes.com that i don't need. I ordered them thinking mine were shot on the SC400 i just bought....... I just picked my car up from the dealer today and found i don't need the bushings... I can sell them for $300 shipped...... a little less than i paid.......
