Is the LS400 mass air flow sensor with the S-AFC2 the way to go? Does it allow for the use of different fuel injectors.

the maf that you use, has nothing to do with what fuel injectors "it will let you use", etc

stock injectors are 330cc
stock maf sends a reading for the stock injectors

ls400 maf sends signal 25% bigger (speaking abstractly here) than the sc300 maf
injectors that would be at stoich with the upgraded maf would be 25% larger: 412cc
so it gives you larger headroom to tune your fuel with vs the 330cc...

with the ls400 afm and 550cc injectors, you can tune it to where it runs correctly instead of super rich... normally wouldnt be able to do that with stock injectors since the adjustment you would need would be out of range for the S-AFC

make sense?

Theoretically how much can you boost with a stock SC300 MAF without forcing the injectors to run **** rich?

I do not know the limits of the stock SC300 AFM...
i suspect if it hits a limit; in typical toyota fashion it would cause some kind of fuel cut....

Would an sc400 AFM be the same as an ls400 AFM? Also is $150 a good price for one?

I read something about the Ls400 AFM not fitting up to the boost logic kit right. What's up with that?
