I have a 97 sc400 and on the drivers side rear quarter section of the engine skidplate ithis section is removable from the rest of the skidplate, I was told that this skidplate should be a one piece anyone know if this is true because this quarter section got damaged due to when the oil was changed they didn't get the all the bolt's back on wind caught it and it dragged removing about 1/8 inch of the plastic if this section is replaced need to get one if not I'm just going to use some stainless piano hinge to re-attach will make a nice small section to remove when changing filter.

If anyone knows please advise me where to find the missing section or was this a mode the prior owner had done
