I removed the trunk carpet last summer for stereo reasons and now I have no idea which tabs (black things) go where. I searched but couldnt find pictures or detailed instructions. What I need is for someone to take some quick pictures of each of the pannels and the tabs so that I can see which go where. If you can do this, thank you soo much! O'h and dont forget there is two tabs under the rug that attaches the back pannel( gas can side) to the base of the trunk.

 

just line them up and press them in...

dont mean to steal your thread, but anyone know where i can find more of those tabs? the stereo guys ripped mine apart and now im missin a couple with the carpet hanging on one side....

 

Ya but they are not all the same. Where do the ones with the screwdriver hole go, where do those cap looking things go(looks like... __/^\ __...) , and where does the one that doesnt have the ring around it go?

 

i believe for the truck lid under carpet...

all the holes use the larger press-in pieces and the sides where the trunk arms are uses the smaller press-in pieces..

should be pretty easy? unless you're talking about something else...

I tried looking for some new ones after I removed mine from the local Autozone, but their pieces seem too large...probably gotta go to the dealer for those...

 

no not the trunk lid, but the carpet in the trunk. There is a piece of carpet that covers the gas can and at the bottom of it there are two holes for tabs but I dont know which go there.

 

today would be a nice day if someone could take a few pics of the different tabs in their trunk
