Default Wheel Offsets

How is it possible to run offsets in the +20's when people are always posting that you need to have offsets as close as possible to the stock +50?

Because generally most people on this forum are VERY conservative, and know VERY LITTLE or have very little experience about what actually fits our cars, other than what tire rack says "fits". Obviously if no one has experience fitting lower offset wheels, they will not reccomend it. However, they do fit and although to fit super low offsets in the rear ( like +20 or lower) depending on tire size you will have to roll/pull the fenders accordingly. I know SLiderSC's fenders are rolled in the rear.

He could go lower than +22 in the rear easily. The front will take a little work to fit, but not much.

Thanks for the clarification since I always search before I post and I know there are a couple people running "agressive" offsets as the conservative people like to call it and it always threw me off since I myself wouldn't mind rolling my fenders or stretching tires to get a certain type of rim to fit.

haha good stuff, please post some pics when your through! Also, why run face 1 in front? You can get away with face 2 if you use a small spacer, plus face 2 looks so much better. I would try that if you could.

Car looks good man! I wish i could do more stuff to my SC but broke college student status is what im at right now so that really isnt helping out. That event on the 20th was supposedly cancelled as JZZ30TT said.... i think they said its gonna be recheduled for early march at Cloverleaf... (hoping for march 12ish so i'll be on spring break ). Oh yeah do you know David Hoai? he said he knows you...

ot: JZZ30TT, the pic of your old car. I think ive seen that car before, when it was still grey. I saw it when buying Gary (Ucantry's) s14 front end like 2 summers ago. Actually, if your the same guy im thinking about, you and some of my friends swapped in my roomate's SR20 last year

Everytime someone posts their wheels with "aggresive" offsets, whole thread turns into offset topic.
Ueno's Soarer offsets are 24 front and 18 in the back, love that car.

I am sure they will look great on your car O.L.T.

Event on 20th is cancelled and like PJ said, it is rescheduled to March12th at CloverLeaf Mall lot, i hope it doesnt get cancelled too.

David Hoai name sounds familiar but i am really bad with names, i know too many David's, probably ill recognize him when i see him.

I need to buy tires instead i got Sparco Pro2000 seat
