Question Springs?

I was looking into buying Espelir springs for my sc300, but I have stock wheels. Has anyone done this w/ stock wheels or am I stupid for trying? - - If so, did it look OK? Thanks for any help and sorry - - I know i'm doing stuff in the wrong order.

I don't know how much the espelir springs drop your car but I got eibachs and I'm on stock rims, the car looks a lot better. A lot of people have done springs before wheels, there's nothing wrong with it. Did you change your mind about selling the car?

I never wanted to sell the car. The only reason I was selling it was because I could no longer afford it, but I found another job so now it all good. Thanks for the response, I think Espelir drop around 1.5" all around. I think i'm gonna get ***

Danr516,

It looks pretty good, there's a member here that has stock SC400 wheels and is dropped on Espelirs (see what a search will bring up )

i used to have stockers with my springs and i think the drop was perfect but it looked akward because the wheel looked tucked in way too much. this was before i got my rims. i dont think it matters what order you do it in. but you realize after you get rims that is considering its bigger than stock or in my case a jump to 18s, it raises the car an inch or so, which is a good thing with espelirs. on stockers you'll probably scrape more and have to be more careful, it is a bit lower.
