Just dorve a SC 400. Very impressive. The owner wants 18,500.00 for it, Car has 85K. Silver / Black leather, sunroof. Nak. stereo. I have some questions:

Should I be looking at anything in particular? Everything seems to work. It has the usual dings expected on a 6 year car.

Is there a way to decode the VIN? They advertised it as a 98, but it's registered as a 99.

Any help greatly appreciated.

oh btw make sure nak audio system works cause if it doesn't man you gonna have so much trouble changing the cd system ... i mean the cd changer cause for me my nak changer cd reader lense was scratched or something won't play I used like 700 to add a FM cd changer ~

just throw the vin into www.carfax.com, that will tell you the year and you dont have to pay for it, i would also recommend taking the car to lexus dealer for a full inspection (cost ~150 ) unless the guy your buying from is a family friend .... good luck man
