Default SC guy's.... what could we use this for?

These were initially used for generic third brake lights in wings, lip spoilers, and trunk lids. Seems like we could put our heads together and find a use for them somehow. They are extremely bright, so i hate to see them go to waste. They are only $20 and i have more than i'll ever use. They come in a pre assembled lexan housing and are very durable. I was thinking maybe a custom install on the rear window, or perhaps a sidemarker for the front or rear bumper?

Whadda ya think?

Here's a side/corner shot of the housing. Looks like we could use these for something, wouldn't you say?

in the door panels, under window controls, there is a light that comes on when you open the door. It isn't very bright and could use some help. Possibly put it there? Mirrors?? but that would be very hard. I don't know yet, still thinking...............

You can put it in the SC Grille and make it Knight Rider cool.

The brake light however makes the most sense but only if the tail lights are also led.

Looks like they'd be perfect for the rear window brake light...

Maybe under the seat to light up the floor and pedals while door is open? Or line up a few on the roof and buy a police siren

personally, I've always thought it'd be cool to have a third brake light built into the rear trunk -- like the MKIV.

So it sits flush with the body work & everything...

it'd be really interesting if they were bright enough to shine straight through a thin layer of paint, so out of nowhere the third brakelight would appear.

I like the interior lighting idea. Maybe replace the map light w/ this guy. Red light doesn't ruin your night vision, but white does.

How many do you have left? would you be interested to selling them as is for us to toy around with?
(ah crap, I'll need another SC soon it that case! )

How many do you have? They might work on my latest lighting project.

Default Maybe a rear Fog light?

I've been trying to come up with an idea of wiring up a rear fog light in the third brake light at the rear window or alternatively in the rear spoiler brake light. Has this been done by anyone and/or could this cluster be used for this purpose?
