Second, (Important)
Depends on what year of your SC is. Earlier model uses single stage air bag system. If I remember correctly only 98 or 99 or newer SC uses double stage Air bag system.
This wheel on eBay musted the be the double stage air bag system.
Even though you find the air bag for it, if your SC is single stage air bag system(older model), air bag will not work.
Do a search with double & air bag, you will find the discussion about it.

If not mistaken its the way the airbag is discharged or deployed.
I would believe that single stage means fully deployed in what burst while double is a 2 stage
meaning airbag deploys to full expansion in 2 stages??
The issue would be the computer module and the connector if attempting to connect a 2 stage to a 1 stage... I have HEARD that it will not deploy if in an accident..
This is what I believe although no expert..

Dual stage airbags have two charges in them. One, at about 3/4 the strength of the 2nd. In less severe accidents, the airbag ECU will only deploy the first stage. In more severe impacts, both charges will be triggered.
Sensors in the seat will guage your weight (butt sensors) and height (seat position) and make a decision on which charge to slap you in the face with. If the seat is all the way up the driver is smaller so they go with the lesser charge.
The whole point is to custom tailor your airbag to your body and severity of accident to decrease burns or other airbag-related injuries.
Now, could a dual stage bag be used on a single stage car by just wiring up the bigger bang charge and converting it to single stage use? I'm pretty optimistic and going to say most likely yes.
Would I risk my life on it to find out? Hell no. I just got the single stage bag.
