Has anyone ever sucessfully mounted their 1 din reciever in the ashtray? Looks like if you dremel everything out you can get a deck in there. I look on a old thread and OLT said there where some wires you cant move back there? and I think he said Airbag ECU? when I look back there only wire I saw was the cig lighter. I think it can fit with a little bit of work. Whats your opinions?

I guess this would be a hard mod, but here's one idea. You could somehow just wire the faceplate in there somehow and put the reciever somewhere else. Except then I don't know how you'd get a CD in it.
