i searched and coulnd't find a clear answer to what the codes meant and found this chart its probably here some where but here it is again anyway for reference. hope it helps

im sick and tired of my engine light having "on" all the time...........last time i checked, the code
revealed as the "egr" system.........

 

Indy, I had the same issue with my SC about a year ago. To be exact it was the EGR modulator, not the EGR valve that I needed to replace. Like an idiot I took it to one of those "we fix Lexus's" shops and the guy fixed it in like 10 minutes. I didn't see the procedure but I doubt it was hardto do being that he was under my hood for like 10 minutes. I did see him also replace a fuse so I know that's involved. Total cost of the repair was like $160 including his hooking it up to the diagnosis machine. I'm sure that it could have been fixed for much cheaper knowing what I know now, hindsight is always 20/20.
