Default Dont you think 19" seem small?

One of my mates got to drive a decked out company V8 Soarer LTD (SC400) with 19" rims over the weekend, and I thought that 19's look a tad small. I didnt think that the guards would be sooo big around the rims. He had the suspension on "high" mode, so it wasnt decked to the ground when I saw it, so that might have contributed to my vision. But it did look like a pimp mobile and drew in the chicks....

That's just my opinion tho... I cant even afford 18's

Thumbs up I like 18 or 19s better than 20s...

Dubs are to big on the SC. IMO. Especially, if you're looking for perf. type driving.. and it would be murder on the ride of the car.... Dubs, also make the car appear to be on stilts, and look disproportionate to the excessively large wheels....

They look good, for car shows, however!

Hi from Sydney Australia!

I have 19x8.5F and 19x9.5R with 225/35/19 and 245/35/19 rubber. If your car is lowered then it look good, but if you dont plan to lower it then dont bother with big rims! Keep in mind that my rear tyres only lasted 13,000 Kms and at about A$900 each it gets quite costly! Dont know about tyre prices in the states but, here is Australia it will send you broke!

I also opted for the 19 as opposed to the 20" wheels because I saw no need to run around with such wide rubber on the front wheels!

I an changing to 245/35/19 on the fronts and 265/40/19 on the rear to fil the guards and offer some rim protection!
