I just wanted to pass a good thing along. I have had numerous dealings with the Parts department at Lexus of Naperville on Ogden road in Naperville, IL. My newly acquired '92 SC300 needed some TLC and some replacement parts and Ryan Busboom at the Parts department is nothing short of fantastic. He gladly spends time with me to explain how these parts are installed and also shares ideas about what to do, and ways to do it economically. He even spent time looking up part numbers and sift through manuals to help me when I didn't even know what I was asking.
