Started fiberglassing today for my sub!!!
I put a layer of mat down and then a layer of cloth, and at that point it was strong enough for me to rip out of the trunk and to work on it outside. Its going well so far. In the morning I am going to sand things down some and post pics for you guys!!!

pic 2.
Here I already have 2 layers of fiberglass on, and have it sanded down. This stuff really isnt hard to work with, you just have to work with it FAST! I wanted to get it out of the trunk to work on it alone ASAP, because it will be much easier that way. I did have some air bubbles and some spots didnt get enough of the resin on them, but nothing that cant be fixed. From here it should be easy sailing.
I just cant decide if I want to fiberglass the rest or try and use a wood front. The wood would be cheaper, but harder to do I think.

Did you check out PerryinLA's thread on his fiberglass sub woofer enclosure? Looked very similiar to your's and if you're running into hurdles read up on his post, perhaps it can help you a bit. Good luck!
