Default Need advice for SC400

I just bought a "new" 92 sc400 and have to replace the rotors on it. Should I buy some of the cross drilled and slotted set's from ebay, get genuine, or autozone specials? I don't want to break the bank, after all I already have 175,000 miles on the car.

No, I'm going to leave the stock wheels and tire size. The car runs great but the brakes shimmey a little when you are stopping. Autozone wants around $70.00 per rotor. Ebay, you can buy all four rotors (drilled and slotted only, I believe) for around $170.00 including shipping. The ads say that they are new rotors not reman or just turned (who knows for sure).

Your best bet would be just to buy "Brembo blanks." These are basic, non-slotted, non-drilled rotors made by brembo. They offer similar stock performance and I believe only go for like 60-70 each or something? check them out at tirerack.com in the brakes section.

ok before i give you some advice you need to do a search...people did comparisons between slotted and cross drilled i cant remember which was better...really a supra brake upgrade is the way to go..but you cant keep your stock wheels..you have to go large to clear the big 4 piston brake.
