Please help: Questoin with lock on passenger door.

Hi, I just purchased a 92 SC300 and the key won't turn nor go all the way in for the passenger door. Is that normal??

If not, how do I fix it? TIA

Does it work on the drivers door, trunk, glove box ??? If so I would say that either the pass. door was replaced or the lock was. There doesn't seem to be any other reason???

Are you sure you have the right key? Are you sure you have a Master's key? Maybe the lock on that side is different than the rest of the car. I would check to see if that door has been replaced before.
