OK on startup I get a small puff of smoke, I think it is grey might be blue, it isn't that much and my wife doesn't notice it but I notice everything. It is ONLY first thing on startup.
PLUS
when my car is at idle after first startup there is almost NO exhaust coming out the pipes is this nrmal or is something clogged, I mean you can feel a slight breeze but it's very light.
Oh yeah the SC4 has 219000 on it. Doing timing change soon, what else should I do at the 240K mark.

 

When is the last time the engine air filter was replaced? I believe a dirty air filter can restrict engine air flow and cause the engine's PCV system to draw harder on the crank case oil vapors. This could produce more smoke than usual.
