Default crashhh pics : ( UPDATED FIXED PICS

so im on the GCP in New york headin towards LI when this expedition cuts me off (going slow) and hits my front left corner. im on teh right lane doin 60 or 65 and realize wut hes doin and the brakes. unfortunetly i was approacing an overpass and realized my brakes were not gonna stop be quick nuff. it was either hit his rear or go onto the shoulder. well the shoulder ended and i ended up takin the guard rail. my right side is pretty messed up, but engines still fine. i have a spare on there and it runs fine expect wheel alignment is messed up and anti freeze exploded. anyways the truck took off as soon as he cut and hit me but unfortently i was stranded with a flat. any suggestions on good body shops in LI or NYC? any idea of amount of damages $$$?

I bet you can take the front left fender off and lightly hammer it back out.

The front passenger fender it's best to replace.

As for the rear passenger, that sucks because that panel you can't exactly replace, so body shops will tend to drill holes either on the body panel or they'll drill holes in the wheel well and try to pop it out then filler it.

Anyways sorry about your experience, unfortunately sometimes that's how it is with big hunks of suv. How'd the antifreeze explode?

The SUV just took off after hitting you? Typical NYC driver. Your rear fender is going to cost alot. If you want, I have the number of an excellent body shop that won't be too costly.

Man I'm sorry to hear about that. You're okay though, right?

Your drivers side fender is an easy fix, I just had simular damage repaired by the Dent Wizard. Paintless dent removal

The other side of the car is going to require quite some more work. Since your going to have paintwork done maybe you might consider updating the car with 97+ bodystyle?

can u please give me the number and where it is located? thanks

reply to Technics:
yeah i was thinkin of gettin 97 front bumper since i have to replace that. if i have to replace the rear i'll get those too. i cannot afford a full 97 upgrade but atleas a front will be much better. do u think it will look bad temporarily with a 97 front and stock 92 rest? whereever i get the car fixed i'll make sure they order 97 front with fogs.

thanks for the support guys. yeah i look at it this way, better to have sheetmetal damage then engine damage, there fore i took the rail rather then the car. and airbags cost a lot to put back in also. ive learned one thing from all of this lexus is one big *** tank of a car! for the big hit it took the damage isnt as bad! and besides all of the nasty outside damage and lil misalignement, the car still manages to ride like a dream, unbelievable.

Some will disagree but I think the 97 bumper cover goes well with the rest of the car if you don't update it. The good thing is you can always do the conversion piece by piece. This pic should give you an idea, like I said not too bad.
