Default Need help!

I need some advice from you guys. I've been looking for a sc300 5-speed but I've found a 92 sc300 auto for sale in my area w/125k, navy ext., gray int. for $6900. My question is, would it be worth it to buy this car and do an auto to manual conversion? Or should I save the headache and just wait for a manual to pop up for the right price. I'm wanting to do a 1jz/2jz swap and use the R154 tranny.

thanks

bobby

Save the headache and wait for the right price for a 5 speed. Doing an auto to manual swap is just more money, more downtime, more headache. Why not just wait and skip the headache?

I agree with Aerostar, the price is way too high for a 92 with 125k miles. Just wait for a 5spd. The search for a SC isn't easy, but patience is the key.
