he ran off with some shipping money?!?!?!! A master criminal with lofty aspirations I see. And I thought this aquaintance who stole a bottle of liquor out of my house at the last Laker-game party was low. This takes the cake...

dont we have some CL members in the washington area that can check into this for OLT. its not about only $30. but its the fact of the matter. OLT, did you mail the money to this guy or paypal?? if he is paypal verified (or not??) wouldnt his address be somewhere on paypal. idk, its just a thought, and may hardly seem worth, but if it where my money, then i would want some help. just my $.02

 

varcity has a good point. It is the principle, we are a pretty tight knit community here at CL despite our distance and annonimity. I would never think twice about sending a CL member money for an item for sale, because of the helpful nature of most board members it is a very comfy place in these regards lets try and help out OLT if we can. Not only for $30 but for the principle.
I purchased a cluster from OLT and I must say the communication and service was the best I have ever seen while buying something online. So not that it should happen to anyone but it really sucked that it happened to him.

put up his address. i'll subscribe him to gay **** magazines... once you subscribe... they know where you go even when you move 3 or 4 times... we played this prank on this one dude who was very rude in our office and 5 years later he still gets gay **** mailings... he brings it up once in a while and we all just crack up. lol
