I'm not sure what is the best or cheapest setup, but I have the Techedge wideband unit. It uses the Honda UEGO sensor. It has been perfect reliability wise, and seems accurate to me. Do a web search on Techedge DIY Wideband O2. They are in Austrailia, but deliver pretty quickly to the states.
