Default Power Window Switch Not Working!

Hey guys,
A couple of days ago I decided to give the interior of my car a nice new looking shine by cleaning the leather seats and using armor all on the dash and door trim. Well, today I noticed that the power window switch on the drivers side that controls the passenger side window stopped working. The really strange thing is that it raises the window just fine, but doesnt lower it. I was thinking that maybe some of the cleaner I was using got under the switch cover and got on the wires inside. How do I check what isnt working? Please help me, I have no idea what to do.
Thanks

your contacts are still wet. remove the unit, dissasemble and clean it, then reinstall. ...... or buy a new one.

O.L.T, what would I ever do without you man? Today I took out the switch and cleaned it with a dry Q-Tip, and just like you said as soon as I plugged it back in the switch started working.
Thanks

How do you pull the switch out from the trim it sits on?

Three cheers for the timing of this thread-revival! My driver's side window switch went on the fritz this morning (after just being washed yesterday) and so if it's still doing it this afternoon after it's heated up, I'll know what to do.

Thank you CL!
