SC400 horsepower VS GS400 horsepower...playing catchup...
Hey..so I just posted in the GS4 forum...and they were saying that stock rwhp for a gs4 is about 230rwhp.
A stock 92-95 SC400 does 175 hp at the wheels.
That seems like a HUGE difference when their engine ratings are more like 250hp vs 300hp.
I was thinkign that w/my intake/ecu/exhaust package..I'd be up in the 210-220 range now.
But even then I'm not really close to a stock GS400
The guys in the forum who got the SRT ECU/INtake and exhaust dynoed at about 265 rwhp.
Man..that would be HARD to match even w/the headers and full exhaust on my car.
To gain that much hp naturally aspirated is not realistic...or is IT????
Maybe take off the cats?
What are all of your thoughts...?

This is also a 95 SC we are talking about. The 98+ had 290 at the flywheel.. that would be something closer to look at imo. Especially since the GS400 wasn't started until 98+. ALso, we should include the LS, lol.
